Date, restore and lighten please - possibly Page family Queensland

Would appreciate a restore, lighten and date of this photo please.  Very small and dark photo,
no miracles expected but an improvement would be great thankyou.

Hi Peter,  That is a wonderful restoration thankyou, so light and clear. ;D  The original is about
              7cm x 4cm - great to be able to see the gent's features for comparison.  Can even see
              a dog behind the cab.

Carol, Thankyou for the date of around 1900 that fits well for a family member I have in mind.
