It doesn't help that William married a Taylor so I'm searching for 2 lots of Taylor's. Very confusing.

The 1861 for 11 Loom Street shows a James Taylor age 33 - Son in Law.  Where does he fit in  :-\
Do they have his surname wrong and he is the widowed father of the grandchildren listed

If Margaret was born in 1789 the earliest she could have married would be 1805 so maybe William born 1803 father William is not my William. In fact my Williams father could be anyone married to a Margaret

As I'm not getting any further with William Taylor born 1807 Gt Budworth i decided to have a look at William Taylor born 1835/36 my Gt Gt grandfather in Warrington he married Sarah Ann born 1836 Warrington. They had Elizabeth born about 1858 and James my Gt Gt grandfather born about 1860 in Warrington. They then moved to Brierley Hill, Staffordshire as they were there on 1861 census. They then had daughter's, Elizabeth born 1862 Astons Fole, Alice born 1864 Birmingham, Eliza born 1868 Wordsley and Emily born 1871 Kingswinford. I have looked for birth certificates for them to check mother's maiden name and i can't find their births registered.
Any help would be appreciated
Thank you
Wendy
