help with reading an entry in a register

Hi, I wonder if anyone could help me this, i'm trying to read the date of birth on a register but i just cant work it out.

The number looks like 0 but surely can't be

thanks, I did think the third but the entry above looked like the fifth or sixth and the entry below looked like the eleventh so I wasnt sure. would they be out of order?

Could you have a look to see if you can make out the fathers occupation please?

On your 2nd snip the top date appears to be in February 

Are they are listed in the order in which they were registered, not by date of birth?

Father's  occupation is jeweller.

The address is Olaf Street.

Which country are we talking about?
