First one looks like Prof. Hubble to me. Can't make much of the others.

 agree Prof Hubble
Not sure about Prof Clark? chart?
Mr Stol Adam
Dr Bower

For the Profs I would have thought easiest way to identify would be via the relevant university Calendar. I presume you know which hospital these notes came from, the year, and which medical speciality they are likely to be,

Hi,

Ray

Agree with above.

Next one looks like Prof. Clint. The 'Reg' after their names probably means registrar.

The last name is Dr Bower. As regards the other one I don't know what it says, although is possibly 'M' something. The surname being indecipherable.

Hope this helps anyway.

Kind regards

A Prof would NOT be a registrar. I think it means registered medical practitioner
Unless it means the registrar was also in attendance but I would have thought their actual name would be there too

Can you tell us which hospital? And the date?

It was the Birmingham Children’s Hospital, back in the late 50’s to 1961
