I can't find an official passenger list, but there is this list of immigrants on the Arthurstone, Jan 1883 who arrived South Australia including a James TREACEY (however, it is a relatively common name!)

Where do you see this family -  Mary Anne TREACY (McGRATH)

If Mary Anne is named McGRATH as mother of her children  eg. on a birth certificate, she might be a widow when she married James, and using a diffieret family name. What age do you have for Mary Anne d. 1903?

The other children are John T 1894, Patrick 1896, Edmond 1898.

....and Margaret.  Edmond and Margaret were born in Ireland

Any one of the NSW birth certificates will give a date and place of marriage for the parents.
