So on baptism is she Sybil Margaret, 9th August 1899, and Cyril is Cyril George 14th (?) October 1904?

Added:
Both baptised 22nd July 1905.

Yes we believe this baptism is correct.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this could be Sybil as I can't see where the CONRAD names comes into it  ???

Marriage
Sybil M CONRAD    Sep Q 1920    Christchurch    2b  1861
John E WILLIAMS

then I found this birth,

Leo J WILLIAMS    Sep Q 1921    Christchurch    2b  1172
mmn:  AMBROSE

and possibly this one, which could belong to the above couple if it is Sybil  :-\

Ninette J M WILLIAMS    Mar Q 1923    Southampton    2c  1
mmn:  AMBROSE

I can't find a Sybil CONRAD anywhere before this marriage, so could it be Sybil HUNTLY/AMBROSE ?

Regards,
Daisy

Thank you Daisypetal.

We actually found out today that Sybil actually was known as a Conrad too and married John Edward Williams. These was Ninette's and Leo's parents and my grandfather is their half brother.

On the birth certificate of Ninette it says Sybil Williams, late Conrad, formerly Ambrose.

Ninette is definately my grandfather's half sister due to DNA results and they share the same mother.

I am not sure where my grandfather's father George Broomfield fits into this all as Sybil had two children (Leo and Ninette) who would have been young when she gave birth to my grandfather with George Broomfield.

Thanks

Emma

Not sure if I'm following correctly ...is George Alfred Broomfield the named father of your father?

And George Edwin Ansell the biological grandfather proved through DNA. ..?
What else do you know about him and his relations?
Where did you get his middle name from ?
