I can't see any Stella Elise births around that date - if she wasn't a spinster in 1930 she would have a different birth surname.

Where did the middle name info come from?  The marriage registration just has E. 
Groom is Herbert D Lewis.

The marriage certificate should name her father to help find the right family.

Alternatively there is a Stella Elise Klein birth in 1907. 

Stella Elise combination of names can't be that common but could be a red herring.

Interesting there is a Stella E Turner or Stella E Lewis marriage in 1950 to John W C Kirkland.

Might that be her  ???

I have a former girlfriend who uses the middle name Elise.
Trouble is, she was registered, and baptised, as an Elsie!

So might be an idea to look for Stella Elsie?
