There are some Armed Forces, Overseas, Consular and born at sea births on Find My Past -- there may be others elsewhere. However on Find My Past (a subscription site) you will only be given the reference numbers to enable you to order a certificate from the General Register Office.

They are not a copy of a birth cert or baptism.
Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

As Pennines says, you will find the reference on Findmypast in the British Armed Forces and Overseas  Births  and Baptisms. My granddaughter was born there  in 1989 and her reference is there.
