Leo Cook 1940

This is my cheeky faced uncle Leo, Born 1913 ,Bilston, Staffordshire, England. He was the life and soul of every family gathering we had especially at Christmas time. He had a terrible singing voice unlike the other members of the Cook family who inherited their lovely singing voices from their Irish mother.
I am afraid its not a very good photo and I was hoping some kind talented member of the restore group could improve on it.  Thanks Sylvia
