How can i find out who lived at Kelvingrove St, Glasgow in 1968?

I know who lived there, but how do i find information, for it to be confirmed?

The national library of scotland hold electoral roles up to 1989 and other valuation roles.  Not sure if the local libraries would be able to help you particularly mitchell library
