Just before I leave this thread...

If you go on to trace Minnie's husband - his death was registered in 1933 in Lichfield, under the name William Tungate aged 65yrs.In 1911 he is Arthur William Tungate has a birth year of about 1871. I think he was registered as William Stephen Tungate in 1868.

He has a British Army WWI Service Record under the name of William Tungate - service number 11913 - born abt 1868 in Rotherhithe, Kent.  It list Minnie nee' Kite as his wife and the names and birthdates of his three children, which helps to confirm some of which has been said.
