It does appear to be. Yes, extremely sad.

Their father John S MOYISE was a Retail Bread Salesman.His father-in-law was a Master Baker & confectioner.

I have a question regarding Seyour's birth.  I have the district as Witney but no results for her on GRO. So, perhaps Witney is wrong.

She was born  21 January 1915  3a 1973

Seymour Joan Kidman, mother's maiden name is Goddard. 

Registered September quarter 1915 - Witney - 03A page 1973.

Available as a pdf from GRO.

I think the 1939 register has her DOB as 21 June 1915?
Her name is a bit jumbled up though. I've put in a correction.

I got my info from the 1939 register on Ancestry. 

Yes,  I have noticed Seymour has one or two jumble ups during my research. Still waiting for GRO to sort out her death cert  - they are "awaiting an investigation"

GRO index doesn’t appear to have Seymour J Moyice 1946 death entry only Joan Seymour.

I have now received Seymour's death register and has her as Joan Seymour MOYISE 31 yrs. So, the entry in GRO has her christian name Seymour down as her surname instead of Moyise.

Waiting to hear from GRO.

But they DO,see Stan's copy of the GRO index from FreeBMD on the first page,they have her indexed under Moyise and Seymour as a surname.
