Help again please, I think it says Signed by marker Hugh Kelly

My eyes are not what they used too be I guess.
I would like some help deciphering the attached. I think it says Signed by marker Hugh Kelly .... .... Peter Cumming witness.

Then singed by marker Margaret Flood .... .... Peter Cumming witness. have both been previously married?

On the parents all seems to be legible with exception to John Kelly occupation, Margaret Kelly made name Dunlop. James Flood Flood Soldier, and Ann Flood, Reynolds.

is this correct or am i just seeing what i want to see.

Just to be pedantic , and I know it will be a typo on your part:

Hugh Kelly is a 'weaver' - you have put 'weave'.
You can definitely see the 'r' at the end.

Thanks, goldie. I touch type and must have not pressed the r key properly. It does happen on this little machine. I did check and remember adding a bracket so must have deleted the r inadvertently.

Confirm weaver. Now corrected
