The 1851 posted by keyboard is incorrect.

The remains of the family are still in King Street in 1851.

Excellent Dawnsh.

That's defo them.

I also looked a few pages either side of that one to see if any other Quinlan or Mitchell family members were there but none found.

Thanks Dawnsh

If you're looking for William Quinlan's baptism, you may need to search for Catholic records.

I found Mary Ann Quinlan in the St Patricks Soho and her daughter Margaret in 1866 (she was never civil registered!).

I've had a look for OTher family members in the registers about 15 odd years ago a Soc. Of Genealogists but didn't find the Quinlans. I did find some of the others - Foley and Farmer.

I've never found St. Patrick's registers online or on CD.

I most certainly will ...

They have three nights a week when they're open to 7pm.

I can be there by 5.15/5.30 trains permitting   ;D

Thanks all.

Saturdays is a possibility.

I may have some things to donate to them.

My Mum grew up a stones throw from there as did my grandfather. Mum also worked part time at Westminster Hospital.

She died earlier this year (in January) and clearing out her place I have got stuff that they may like to have.

Researching the Family History has been difficult as it was something Mum and I did together (wife and kids aren't interested) ... no one to talk to about it all.
