Think your birthyear is out - one census he states 1860 and on another 1858.

Think this is likely to be him:

Matthew Revell b.18/2/1858, bp.16/12/1860 Primitive Methodist Circuit, Norwich, son of James (labourer) and Mary Ann.   Being non-conformist they had to travel to a likely church.

I have little or no information on Matthew Revell so the birth date could be wrong. I believe he had 3 brothers, James, George and William and 3 sisters,
Adelaide, Ellen and Rosa, but I could be wrong about all this.

In 1861 the family are at Carleton Rode, Norfolk - transcribed as Bevell on Ancestry:

James Revell  24    born Banham
Mary Ann Revell 28     ditto
James Revell 5            ditto
Mathew Revell 3          ditto
George Horace Revell 4 mos (transcribed as 4) born Carleton Rode

All 3 children were baptised together on 16/12/1860 - James b.5/12/1855 and George Horace born 19/11/1860 plus Matthew already given.
