Hi there,
Do you have copy of the 1874 marriage, (#2448) registered Goulburn district? If it has those elusive blanks for his parents details, can you please advise the denomination/clergy who conducted the ceremony, as from that information it should be possible to seek out the original parish register which should show ALL the information given by the bride and the groom when seeking to be married.

There seems to be a very long delay between when he died in 1887 and when duty was paid in 1927 on the Deceased Estate.

JM, the ship Henry arrived on had 27 ‘Wilson’ on it. There was a William and Robert. Brother to Henry, maybe. Could be why he went back to Goulburn upon death, and how he came to be there to marry Rebecca.
WILSON Henry 41 Beejapore 1853 Sydney and/or Newcastle and family Reel 2136, [4/4790]; Reel 2464, [4/4929]
I can’t see a death for a Grace Wilson with parents Robert and Ellen.
