Hey chat,

I have been looking into a young fellow that was tragically killed in the dockyard in chatham. Details are as follows:

EDWARD ARNOLD
WHO WAS KILLED IN CHATHAM DOCKYARD
ON [     ] MARCH 1866 AGED 21 YEARS

There is also a news article explaining the details of what happened

Chatham Observer, 17th March 1866
"FATAL ACCIDENT in the DOCKYARD

As I am researching my Arnold Ancestors I am wondering if he is related in some way. I cannot appear to find a death for him. I'm looking to find out who his parents were

Could anybody help

xx

Isn't this his death, or was that a typo and you meant birth?

Just for the record, there is another newspaper article (Dover Express) which states that his full name was Edward John Arnold.
