There is no Olive at that cemetery.

Seems Walter went from Queechy (Launceston) to Beulah and spent his married life on the farm there.  Jessie migrated from England to Tasmania in 1887.

Thanks so much Jamjar that confirms what I have for them  .  Olive was born at Evendale so perhaps she's buried somewhere around there.

I think the following would eliminate the above Ruby MOORE  as Ancestry has uploaded the digitised images of many of the parish registers of the Sydney Diocese.  There’s a marriage there for a Ruby MOORE, born Wagga, NSW to Walter and Maria:
My transcription:
51  married C of E, St Andrews, Summer Hill by Rev Norman Fox.
14th June 1930 William GRAHAM, labourer, of Ashfield, NSW,  Bachelor, born Charleville, Queensland, aged 38, and Ruby MOORE, domestic, of Summer Hill, NSW, spinster, born Wagga Wagga, N.S. Wales, aged 33, parents as Walter MOORE and Maria WATERS, he a retired storekeeper. 
I think that would match up with the NSW BDM birth registered Wagga for Ruby C MOORE, and I can confirm that there’s further info at Ancestry to show she was baptised C of E as Ruby Catherine MOORE
