the Official Assignee of Mr. W. Collis, Woollen
Draper and Tailor, of Great Dunmow, a Bankrupt,
at the Saracen's Head Inn, Chelmsford, on Friday
May 7, 1841, at Three o'Clock, in Two Lots.
Lot 1
ALL that Old and Established FREEHOLD
PUBLIC-HOUSE, known as the "Angel and
Harp
," situate at Church End, Great Dunmow, com-
prising a club-room 25 by 17 feet, two parlours, bar,
tap-room, kitchen with oven, mangle-room, good
cellar, seven bed-rooms, a newly-erected brick-built
stable for eight horses, with loft, coal and wood houses,
piggery, and other out-buildings, two gardens, and a
pump with excellent water, in the occupation of Mrs.
Sarah Bush
, a yearly tenant, at the very low rent of
£15 per annum.
