Lancashire census lookup pls - 1841/1851 etc (Blenkinsop)

Hi

I would appreciate your help. William Blenkinsop was born in Dunfriesshre 1818 the son of Agnes Weild and James Blenkinsop (the name has also been mistranscribed as Blinkinship). I'm tring to piece together if he moved to Lancashire with his parents. 

I have James located in Lancashire where his children were born but I cannot find his parents.  I'm trying to work out if they moved from Scotland.

If anyone could look up James and Agnes (nee Weild) Blenkinsop on early census reports I would be grateful.  I've not found any siblings of James so have no idea if he was an only child.
