1841 Look-up pls RANDLES, Llansaintffraid

Hi there

Just received a death cert of a Thomas RANDLES who died 1844 ageed 75 years, so would be about 72 in 1841

Thomas is listed as a Miller and died at Carreghofa Mill, Llansaintffraid, so hopefully that helps find him in the census. I think this area steps in and out of Salop/ Montgomery over time. I've aleady tried the MGY board without success

I'm replying to a very old posting so you've probably already got the info.

But Thomas Randles, miller, (age 70) is listed on the 1851 Census at Carreghofa.
The only other member of the household is a Francis(Frances)? Randles, age 20.

On the previous page, a James Randles, miller, age 30, is also listed.
Possibly Thomas's son?
