Ipswich St Clements Lookup please

Hannah Raymond is listed in 1841 census as aged 55, a charwoman living in St Clement parish Ipswich.

Her daughter (probably) Eliza was b c 1805 in Ipswich and married in the parish in 1826 (unfortunatly) too early to get a copy certificate.

If anyone has access to the parish records would they please be kind enough to look up the following -

Marriage of Ralph Pilborough and Elizabeth Raymond 4/5/1826
Elizabeth / Eliza's fathers name please.

Marriage c 1800-05 any Raymond perhaps to Hannah


There is an amazing number of Raymonds listed in the parish on IGI dating back to the 1500's. I would love to find a link to them but am stuck on Eliza's parents.

I'm afraid that prior to 1837, father's names and occupations are not given on marriage registers.  At this date you will only have.

1.Full names of Bride and Groom
2.Date of marriage.
3.Whether or not they were of the parish.  If they were from outside of the parish, the parish is given.
4.Their marital status - single or widowed
5.The names of 2 marriage witnesses

Showing my inexperience there, thanks for putting me straight.

Would still really welcome any Raymond marriages from this parish late 1790s - early 1800's.
