The biscuit factory would almost certainly have been Palmer's, later Huntley and Palmer one of the town's major employers which became part of United Biscuits.  It finally abandoned Reading in the 1980s and its main site was taken over by the new Prudential Building.

From the 1841 census for Wallingford
St Mary Le More parish
Richard Deely 60 Shoemaker born in county
MAry Deely 65 not born in county
Edwin Bull 15 Shoemakers apprientice born in county

N.B. ages were rounded to the nearest 5 in this census

from the marriages at St Mary Le More Wallingford
1834 October 13th John Deely bachelor of this parish to Elizabeth Thatcher spinster of this parish
witnessed Edmund Deely, Mary Seymour, MAry Deely, George Absolum

(I bet the James Thatcher who was with them in 1851 was a relative of Elizabeth - possibly her father)

From the burials St Leonard Wallingford 1858 Nov 17th
Mary Deely aged 84 of the Almshouse.

I can't find a burial for Richard though :-\
