Alfred William Cole

Hi

Alfred William Cole shown on the UK 1901 census as 18 years old railway labourer born London Battersea.

I have asked in a post earlier this year about him as I believe he emigrated to SA to work on the railways. I received some info that he may have died in 1950 but other than that no further info. Could anybody help please?

Description : COLE, Alfred William.  Born in Battersea, England. S.Sp [Surviving Spouse] COLE, Elizabeth Rachel. (Born GRENFELL, Formerly COX)

The file is in the Natal archives in the city of Pietermaritzburg.  You'll need to find a willing volunteer to do the lookup for you, or alternatively engage the services of a researcher in Natal (Pietermaritzburg or Durban)
