Hello xjustjanex,

If your offer still stands, could you look up two names for me please? James Gray died 1787 in Preston, Linlithgow and Janet Gray (his wife) nee McArthur died 1810 in Linlithgow. They are my 3x gt grandparents.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Janet,
Wonder if you could look up John Cunningham for me. John is buried in Whitburn Cemetery in section c, lair 30 with his daughter Euphemia.
There is one other person with them who I don't know. Her name I believe is Susan Brewton Pryde,Purdie,or Purdid, who died at 45 years old.  Do you know where I can get a picture of Johns headstone? Thanks so much for your offer.

Hi Janet,
If you still have access to the Mi's I would be grateful if you could lookup the following.
From the death certificate.
Richard GREEN died 5 April 1870, Cross, Linlithgow. Aged 58years.
Some how I doubt there will be an MI but always worth a try.
I would love to know if there is a headstone and where he is buried.
Many thanks

PS. I would also be interested if you come across another Richard Green. The Richard above was the son of Richard and Isabella Green nee McLeish. I only have thier marriage but found their names on their son's death certificate.

Hi Jane,I wonder if you could look up an MI for me.I am told it is in existance but have yet to find it.It is for a John Pate and Isabella Scott around the 1840's/60's and would be in Linlithgow.I understand it has the name of their son George in the form Geo on there too.

George.

For some reason I was not notified of the posts on this thread from April last year to the present.

I have looked up the various requests and only have an answer for the last one from George and it is not very helpful, but here it is.

John Pate died ?/2/1842. Wife Isabella died 20/?/1840, aged 64, by a Geo (indistinct)

Regards
Jean
