On George's marriage cert (1892), father is given as George R T and he (George R T) appears to have married in Sheppey (covers Sheerness/Queenborough) and the family in 1881 and 1901 (George R T) appear to have a link to Sheppey so must be the same one

Does that make sense

First of all I did not have 1861 census record.

I have been trying to get name of ship that my Richard Hubbard had connections with. So really pleased with this.

I have hopefully worked out one ?? link.

Mary Calway who married George George Robert Otterill 1869 was niece of Maria Page.

 1851 census  HO107/1628/Folio 219/Page 8.

Maria was married to James Page. I wonder if she is link to Hubbard family.

I wonder if I search for her maiden name /marriage records it may give me a lead,

1901 census says:

John (ditto for HUBBARD) brother so I would think that either he is actually a brother in law rather than brother or that he is her brother and the "surname" is a mistake

Did Richard have a brother, John HUBBARD, born Newington about that time
