marriage 1902 - West Hartlepool

Please help, my grandparents were married 1902? West Hartlepool, William Ward and Jane Pattison - is it possible for a look up for names of their parents?/occupations or anything? Did William have brothers/sisters? One of their sons [Henry} was my dad.  Any help would be appreciated.  whpool.

If you get a copy of the marriage certificate it should give the names of their fathers.
