Ronald and Jesse Draycott

Still looking for a friend on Ronald Draycott (her father) born 4th Nov 1926.  We now know his father was Jesse Draycott according to Ronald marriage certificate.  Jesse lived at 36 Broad St. Parkgate.  Ronald had a sister called Joan, who we think married Harold Machin.  Ronald married Joan Ainscough on 8th Nov 1958 in the parish of Kimberworth.  We are desperate for his birth certificate and there seems to be no record.  We don’t know who Ronald’s mother is. 
Ronald and Joan (wife) moved to New Zealand around 1963-1966 and returned back in 1979 – Ronald died the same year.  Joan Machin was also in New Zealand and was believed to remain there.  Nothing really known about Harold Machin.
My friend was born in New Zealand and has been legally in the UK since 1979 but is now unable to obtain a passport without this birth certificate.  Can anyone please, please help with any of this information.  The marriage certificate is not enough information to help at the home office.  Only a birth certificate will do.

to go with the above there is then a birth of a Jesse Stanley Draycott in 1890 in Ecclesall Bierlow

In the 1901 census he goes by the anems of Stanley and if your still interested his parents are/were John (age 42) and Rebecca (age 39) Draycott.

Thankyou both for this information.  Ronald's year of birth of 1926 is recorded at the time of his death.  This clearly must've been a mistake.  So I'm hoping that by looking at 1923, we will find his birth certificate.

If you have a  REF to match which I have found above then there will surely be a birth certifcate to go with it.


The Ref by the way is the one used by the Official GRO Office.
