Liverpool 1891 census - NANCOLLIS
« on: Tuesday 27 November 07 10:56 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

Sorry, I have to ask another look-up on this family.

I have found a marriage for Henry Nancollis and Sarah Ellen T Carter in Toxteth Park 1884. I suspect that these are the parents of Sarah Ellen in the 1901 census and I had the wrong couple (his cousin Henry Nancollis and Sarah Thomas married in 1895).

Would someone kindly look up Henry Nancollis aged 26 or 27 and wife Sarah aged 23 in the 1891 so I can try and sort them out. It is possible he was at sea in which case wife Sarah Nancollis may be with relatives.

Thank you
Sue

There is a Robert T Nancollis arriving back in Liverpool 7.6.1930  on the Duchess of Richmond, departing Montreal,Quebec, Canada his home address was listed as 71 Lambton Rd Liverpool and he was a practising accountant age 36.

He is also listed in BT phone directories for 1939 as having Accountancy and Auditor offices in Dale St Liverpool and a residential address in Little Neston Wirral.

Also a marriage which may be a family member or the man himself in 1st qtr 1963  Eileen Evans to Robert Nancollis in Liverpool.

Hope this helps.
