MAGOR - South Australia

I am trying to trace the Magor family who arrived on the ship General Hewett in 1858.  Mary, widow 47, son James 20, daughter Mary Jane 15.  They were in Kooringa Kapunda area in 1860 when Mary Jane married John Woon.  Did mother Mary remarry, did James marry.    I'm not sure why a widow would make the journey so maybe there was family there before her.  Can anyone help please.

Marriage for Richard Woon age 24 (father John) to a Mary Ann Dunstan age 22 (father Nicholas) on 11 March, 1886 at residence of bride's parents at Moonta Mines.  Dis Dal Book 146 Page 967.

Also a marriage for Lavinia Woon age 24 (father John Woon) on 9th April 1902 to John Charles KUBALE age 32 (father John Frederick Kubale) at Residence of John Woon, Moonta.  Dist Dal Book 211 Page 202.

Looking at Mary Elizabeth - couldn't find a marriage to .....Herriot, but found one for her marriage to Jenkins as follows:

Mary Elizabeth HERRIOTT (father John Woon) age 41 a widow married John JENKINS (father Thomas Jenkins) age 53 a widower, on 12 Sep 1912, at the residence of John Symons, Moonta.  Dist Dal Book 252 page 728.
