Hepburns Scavenger Hunt 2
My Scalley family.........I haven't done too badly with this lot except, Eleanor Scalley......the Family goes something like this..
John Scalley born in Roscommon 1846.
Boarding Gold court Longton Stoke on trent with John and Julia Casey...1871.
Marries Hannah Leese 1874, they go on to produce umpteen chidren, my Grandfather John being the eldest 1877. Eleanor was born 1880, she went on to marry John Mitchell in 1905. When John senior died in 1901, Hannah his widow and her youngest son Edmund emigrated to Australia 1912 (Sydney)
Now Eleanor and Jack Mitchell supposed to have emigrated too, did they go before Hannah, after Hannah, I don't know...they are supposed to have come back as well, if they did, I don't know that either..they could have come back, and then gone again..Like a couple of yo-yo's....
