Who are travelling together?

On page 4 of the manifest for the Scotsman leaving Liverpool on the 16th September 1897 there is a Mr Blundell-initial possibly W -but I think that is open to interpretation=-  on ticket number 132 with another labourer. Any ideas who it is?
