Which John Taylor and Mary are George's parents?

Hi Oliveo

I can trace the Taylor family back to George Taylor  born 25/8/1797 at North Charlton who married as his second wife Margaret Allan sometime between the death of his first wife (in 1827 )and 1830 .
Their daughter Georgina born 21/11/1846 on Holy Island had an illegitimate son John Fender on 2/7/1865. I think Georgina worked for the Fender Family as a servant.
According to 1871 census the Fender family were farmers of 212 acres on Holy Island

Georgina married James Allan abt Dec 1868 on Holy Island and they had more children.

According to one of my genealogy contacts from Australia (I can't remember the person's name) he was descended from John Fender who later added Taylor to his name.
John Fender Taylor had a son Allan (being his mother's married name) Fender Taylor born in Newcastle.
Allan Fender Taylor had a son William (Billy Taylor).

A Journeyman was a time served tradesman who worked for an employer as opposed to a Master of his trade who worked for himself with probably others working for him.
My Grandfather was a Journeyman Tailor.

I suppose your grandmother with a name like Rosella could have gypsy ancestry. There does not appear to be any gypsy blood attached to the Taylor family though.
