Thanks acookey for your reply. I was going to reply to your personal message with the information I have on George Washington McMinn and Phoebe Gee, but apparently I have to have at least 3 personal messages before I can access the reply button. I'm not to sure about this myself, but am wondering if it is that you have to have 3 'posts' before you can send a PM, rather than have to have 3 'personal messages'.

This is taken from the Help section of Rootschat

"New members must make at least three postings before being allowed to use the PM facility."

So..........just do another post to this thread by replying to this post and you will have your three posts up and can then use the PM facility to your hearts content.

If anyone is wondering why there are two threads on almost the same subject, it happened as I was reading a Completed thread of mine after I started the new post re Reginald McMinn, and found a message at the bottom from Scotts, who had then sent me a PM and started a new thread.

Around that time I had been very sick and had been in hospital, so somehow missed them both.
