desperatly seeking completed request

Hi.everyone,

I am trying to find when my grandfather left Scotland for New Zealand.

I am reasonably sure it was between 1922-1924.

I have no idea where he left from but he arrived in New Zealand possibly via Sydney.

His ship may have been named the Remeura but that is a vague thought from a relative.

His name was James Grant KIDD, born 13 October 1903 in Keith, Bannfshire, Scotland.

I am finding shipping lists from the 1920s are not very complete.

I would greatly appreciate anyone who could point me in the right direction.

Hi leandra

James KIDD b. 1903 [estimated from given age of 19 years] departed London on the Remeura on 18th Dec 1922 for New Zealand.  He travelled 3rd Class and his last address was Loarhead [difficult to decipher] Farm, Keith.  Last country of residence Scotland and intended future place of residence, New Zealand.
