Burgess family look up please 1901?

Hello all.

Would someone please be kind enough to do a look up for me for a "Charles BURGESS".
The occupation I have for him is that of a "Turner". I believe he lived in "Handsworth".
He has a daughter named "Elsie Millicent" born around 1899.
One address I have is "43 Holliday Road, Handsworth", but not sure if this is the address at time of census.

I understand this may be a bit vague, but I don't have a lot to go on so I thank you for your patience.
