Alexander Edgar

Hi all
I am trying to find out about Alexander Edgar
I am sure he went to Collingwood, Ontario 1910 I found a Alexander Edgar on Ellis Island but can't say for sure its the right one
he was born 1890 Neilston Scotland
any help I would be grateful

There is a marriage between Alexander Edgar, 21, b. Scotland, s/o James Edgar (woodturner) and Agnes McGraw and
Lily Elizabeth Kear 24, b. Whitechurch Wales, a/o Arthur William (blacksmith) and Mary Elizabeth Dawes on 22 May 1912 at Collingwood, Simcoe County. 
Bride and groom are both residents of Collingwood and Alexander states that he had been a resident of Collingwood since May 1, 1910.  If he is accurate that would mean that the above arrival would be incorrect.

You have found the right Alexander his parents were James Edgar and Agnes McGraw

This site would not work for me.  At least you know it exists and if persists in not allowing entry try contacting the Collingwood Public Library - they seem to have someone on their staff dedicated to genealogy.
