Loris, Afraid not, only what it says in Griffith that he farmed roughly fourteen and a half acres in 1858/9 in the area. My Gillespie interests are more towards the city of Londonderry side.

Hello Aghadowey, Have just found my Sarah Kennedy at Quilly on 1901 and 1911 census as widow with single adult children.  Back in 2008 you were helping me with Gillespie/Kennedy/Murdoch round Dunboe parish and said you thought a friend of yours was descended from Kennedy of Quilly. Could you check that out for me please?  Most grateful  Loris

I am related to the Gillespie family of Limavady ... infact, I still have a Great Aunt who lives there.  I am trying to find information on Robert Gillespie (b. 1880, d. 1924) who married Eliza Jane (or Elizabeth) Garvin (b. 1886, d. 1968).  Robert was the son of Daniel Gillespie (circa 1850) .. I think.  I cannot find any information on Daniel or the name of his wife.  Can anyone help??
