How Old is Annie please and are they the same person?

This is the lady I thought might be the Gorgeous little girls mother..it's dated 1918...it's from the same box...I think the family are from Yorkshire..Leeds or the East Yorkshire area from what I have researched.
Please could you advise how old she is.
Also do you think they are the same person..the second one is dated 1925

I'd say she looks about 16 - 18 ish. It's as if she's had a photo taken to celebrate putting her hair up 

I don't think that she's the same person,  as the second one has slightly protruding teeth but the first one doesn't.

Thanks for your input J.L.....agree about the age but not the teeth...she appears to have an overbite in the first picture but isn't showing a full smile.
I could be wrong though

I've been trying to post a side by side picture of both Annies but to no avail - kept getting error messages saying I'd already posted it but it isn't here is it    

Anyway I think it is the same person and she is just hiding her teeth in the earlier photo.

Thanks for that Jan ...I'm even more convinced now...but then I have the photos here to compare...I think she is holding a photograph.
