Frank Reginald GODDEN, born 1888 Newchurch, Kent, England

I'm looking for some information regarding Frank Reginald GODDEN.  I think that he emigrated to Australia, but I have only the following 'evidence':

His brother's WW1 British army record which lists Frank among his next-of-kin, and (I think) refers to Frank's wife (Georgia) living in Bondi, NSW.  The record is unclear, but I know that none of the other nexts-of-kin can be married to a Georgia at this time (1919).  Document attached:
