St John the Baptist, Cricklade

the following link seems to have some information on the cemetery but one needs to contact the site owner for further information

http://members.shaw.ca/panthers1/AshtonKeynes.html

other than that I cannot again seem to find much on the data or possible transcriptions of the graveyard and its burials

St Mary, Purton
The following link discusses in a couple of sentences that the records survive but as to where is another question

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2391000

So assistance with this graveyard and its burial records is required
Thank you

St Bartholomew’s, Wootton Bassett

this link has some wonderful information about the church but again there is no information that I can see about the burial data of the graveyard

http://history.wiltshire.gov.uk/community/getchurch.php?id=552

And as this was the last one on the list, I can only say that as much as the Wiltshire opc  is intending to have provisions for data of the burials  it doesnt as yet.
Most of the places mentioned have brief sentences or unused links in genuki
and find my past claims to have a few listings of some of the graveyards.

But overall there is not much available yet online

So any assistance locally or otherwise to bring this up to date for world wide users of genealogy information will be appreciated

yours

marty

In respect to "my reply 7"  of this post  furthering information has just come to hand via contact with Highworth Church.

It was stated to me that although the cemetery has been closed for a number of years the Highworth Historical Society did numerous transcriptions.
Upon investigation of this one goes to the following link,   at the bottom of the page there is the following wording (links) and from there one can download 2 pdfs providing one with the names etc of the graveyard>

http://www.highworthhistoricalsociety.co.uk/archives.htm
Monumental Inscriptions
St Michael's, Highworth Churchyard   (pdf)
St Michael's Highworth Church Interior (pdf)

with an annotation
"Other burial sites will be added as surveys are completed (currently working on Hannington Church)"

I am tagging my early posts on cemeteries of Swindon with this message in the hope someone can come forward and give me a list of cemeteries around Calne and Yatesbury so I may also look for databases regarding my kin......  and give imformative information back to chatterers about sources....  thank you..
