CADGER baptism in Lonmay Parish

I'm straying from the Kincardineshire forum in Aberdeenshire with puzzle.
The OPR snip records two baptisms for Isabella CADGER
Is this a recording mix up by the Lonmay Session Clerk who was writing up the Ministers note book into the main ledger or do we have two separate baptism for the same day?
Opinions please.

Hi Sy ,

If you look at the 1841 Census Charles Cadger at Park has a child Isabella age 4.
There is also a John and Isabella age 4 at Balnamoon , Tyrie , with mother(?) Rebecca Greig.
Would that be the twins ?

John and Charles could well be brothers.

Thanks Ev, I had considered they might be brothers and that both were determined they had to keep the name Isabella in the family.  Its a bit annoying they couldn't have agreed who would do it and save us so much puzzlement.
But then again there might have been a well-off Auntie called Isabella they wanted to impress.
Guessing the motives of some of our 'devious' ancestors might be unfair to them.

Update:
Neither of the Isabella CADGER's referred to above, born in Lonmay 1837 can be the mother of my illegitimate great grandfather born in 1848. They are far too young.  I'll need to do more looking and see if I can find the earlier birth of another Isabella CADGER.
