Look up please Rachael Verity 1891 census

Please could anyone look up Rachael Verity on the 1891 census.On the 1871 census she lived in Savoy St Gorton with her husband John,son Josiah, another son, I can't make out his name, & two daughters Mary Ellen & Sarah Ann. Her husband then died.On the 1881 census she lived in Chorlton on Medlock, 4 Passage Jenkinson Street she was head aged 40, Josiah Verity18,Mary Verity 14, Sarah Ann Verity 12, Letitia Verity 5, Margaret A S Verity 3 & George Smith Lodger 44. George Smith is actually the Father of Margaret & Letitia! I want to find out if she ever married George Smith or was still Verity on the 1891 census.

Seems they did marry between 1881 and 91
By the way, I had a look at the 1871 image and I think the other son looks like Jno Wm which would be John William.

The information you both posted is correct.
The family is the one I am looking for.
The marriage  with two Rachaels, I presume one is her previous married name & one her maiden name?
