Thomas Robson & Sarah Baker, Durham England

Hi,
Looking for any information on THOMAS ROBSON and his wife SARAH BAKER from Durham, England. The only information I have on them is a son THOMAS WILLIAM ROBSON  born 1848, in  Durham? England.
 I'm trying to find Thomas and Sarah's marriage and any other children they may have had.
Thomas William Robson married Henrietta Maria Barker 1869, Stockton-On-Tees.

Do you have their marriage certificate or his birth certificate? What was his father's occupation please?

Thank you for the welcome to rootschat I really love this website........
I have the marriage certificate for Thomas William Robson who was born 1848, the son of THOMAS ROBSON  On his marriage certificate his father's occupation  is listed as 'farmer' and Thomas W. Robson is listed as living in Charles Street Middlesbrough {Durham, North Yorkshire?} on Thomas William's death certificate his father's occupation is listed as a miner......... I don't know if he was living with his parents at the time of his marriage.
I have a lot of information on the son Thomas William Robson, he died here in Australia in 1882 but I have nothing on his parents THOMAS ROBSON sr and SARAH BAKER, I haven't any dates for a marriage or death for either of them and I am trying to find their parents as well. Trouble is there are a lot of ROBSONS in Durham and finding the right one is proving quite a challenge.
It seems that the family may some some connection to Stockton-on-Tees but I'm not to sure on that.

Hi Evie,
The witnesses were Robert Coates and John Laidler.
The marriage was in the district of Stockton and took place at the Register Office on the 27 June 1869.
{this is from the marriage for the son of Thomas Robson and Sarah Baker}
I also did some calculating on Thomas Robson Sr and his birthdate could be some time around 1817-1820 but not real sure on that.

Stockton and Middlesbrough are very close but they have the River Tees between them and Stockton is in Durham and Middlesbrough in N Yorks.  You should be able to find them easily on an online map.
www.freebmd.org.uk is the site we all use for post 1837 marriages etc but I can't see the one you want there.  I assume you have looked on the IGI without success.   Durham as a county is not that well covered on there anyway.

Thank you for the link you have given me I will give it a go and  I have looked at the IGI but no success with it, Thomas & Sarah are proving to be very hard to find. 
Other than finding the marriage I would like  to find out if they had any more children other than Thomas William.
I have  looked at a couple of old maps on the internet and the places they came from are not to far apart and all have been mentioned on the wedding certificate of their son Thomas William. His wife  Henrietta Maria Barker came from Flying Bridge, all fairly close to each other.
