Derry (Londonderry) / Quin's of Letteran Lissan - 1840 - any information

Hi, My GGG Grandfather was Francis Quin born +/- 1806, married to Eliza Jane McAnally Born +/- 1809. They married and had 5 children of which I have found records for all 5 baptisms. ( Mary, Patrick, Sarah, Anne, Anne). The Children were all born in Letteran Townland between 1833 and 1842 with sponsors being, Hagan , McAnully, Quin and McNally. They all emigrated to Canada in 1843 (possibly on the ship Hamilton) and had 4 more children. I have not been able to establish any links to relatives in Ireland, family of Eliza Jane McAnally, marriage of Francis and Eliza, or parents/ siblings of either. Any help or information is greatly appreciated.
