I feel I know you already, as I have read so many of your posts. Am i right in thinking your family line comes through the Steer's? My friend's line comes through John Kirby Shephard & Sarah Brackenbury Truman. I can't be more specific until I ask my friend if she is willing for me to tell you more. At the moment I am really sorting out a few loose ends, in preparation to handing over what I have done. Thank you for your offer of help, I would like to delve further for my friend, but my remit was "don't go too deep", so I will have to curb my curiosity, particularly with your "illustrious Morgan ancestors". One thing my friend said was that Sylvia Norah Shephard's parents were 1st cousins, but I expect you know that already.
If my friend says its OK  to tell you more, then I may be in touch again, probably not until after Christmas. Thanks for the welcome. Lyn

I know this thread is over a year old, but I hope you will see it and be able to help me. Regarding your post about Sylvia Norah Roberts, I have not been able to find the death notice for her, which you mentioned was in the Times. I am researching a friend's tree and Sylvia is her 1st cousin once removed. I would like to be able to show her the death notice, and wondered if you might be able to give the link.
