Library and FHS Lookups / Re: Hammersmith baptisms

I have Ellen on all the census except the 1881 thank you. She is not with her mother on the 1881 and I have searched ever since it was made available all those years ago. I am just looking for the last couple of pieces to the jigsaw.
I am grateful to you all for your replies today. Thank you.

Thank you. The only help I need in my research of Ellen is to find her baptism if in fact she was ever baptised. Thanks for taking the trouble to reply to my enquiry.

Sorry but I have not found her in 1881, she is not with her mother. Ellen was my great Aunt and I spent all my holidays with her as a child, she lived in Portsmouth. I know all about her except the information I have asked for help with.

The link to names:- All used by her mother Elizabeth at different times in her life. Father unkown.
This is a very complex family with many children and different fathers. I have already purchased the certificate for the Ellen McCarthy mentioned - thank you - but it is the wrong one.

I have a full family history for this person except her baptism including census returns, marriage and death certificate. I was hoping that if I found her baptism I may find more out about her parents.

I am trying to find the baptism for a child born 7th February 1879 in Hammersmith,London. Her christian name is Ellen but there are many surnames given for this child. It could be Merchant Barnes/Marchant Barnes/Murphy or even Welsh/Walsh/McCarthy. I know this is a long shot but hope someone may be able to help me.
Thank you.

Derbyshire Lookup Requests / deaths/burials Ilkeston 1851/1857

I am trying to find the burial place for two children Harriet & Mary Elizabeth Triece (sometimes spelt Treece) who both died in the June qtr of 1851 in Ilkeston.  Also their mother Ann who died 28th November 1857 also in Ilkeston.
The address for the family on the 1851 census is Kensington, Ilkeston but on Ann's death certificate no address is given. The informant is Fanny Riley (do not know who this is).
I live in Wales and will be visiting Derbyshire at the end of the month.  I would be very grateful for any help.
Thank you.

Hello,
I know this is a very long time ago but I have read your message regarding the Doody family from Lillishall.
The John Anson Doody mentioned is my husband's great grandfather.  I would be happy to share information with you as we have a very large family tree.
Regards
Irene
