Sorry, belay that request.

I have come across a previous posting 2019 and Gan Yam replied with the information. I should have been more careful with my files.

Cumberland / Can anyone help locating a Headstone in Carlisle Cemetery?
« on: Friday 31 May 24 15:53 BST (UK)  »
I am trying to locate a memorial (if such exists) to my great Grandmother Isabella Bell (nee Graham). She died on 3 Aug 1908 and I understand she was buried in Ward 14 Row M Plot 90 not too far from the Crimean War memorial.

My Great Grandfather survived her and he went on to re-marry.

If any regular visitors or dog walkers who frequent the cemetery could have a look and help me that would be wonderful.

Thanks in advance.

The North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre in Motherwell is also worth contacting.

I obtained information from there on lair purchases in the old Welwynd Churchyard in Airdrie.
The archivist was very helpful.
It was pre lockdown/covid  www.culturenl.co.uk

The Common Room / Re: How do I trace a ship called Liverpool

You could look at the Lloyds Register of Shipping archives which are online and free.

There are volumes for 1816 of Owners and of Underwriters. There are a few "Liverpool" craft.

I dont think the Casualty lists go back that far.

This may have been covered before.

I have hundreds of searches in "My Records"

Is there a way of bulk saving these to a folder?
