Sorry about that but I hadn't realised there was a specific forum for lookups.

Hi Carol
Yes that is him!
We can find him in 1861 and 1891 - we assume he must have been at sea for the other census. We can find no deaths for his wife Mary (1861 census). We believe that he may also have married Jane Healey in 1863 but she is not with him in any census. In 1891 he is living with Eliza Jackman (she is his daughter in laws mother but although it states that she is his wife, they are not married).
We can find no death for Joseph and wonder if he may have died at sea.

Looking for any information about Joseph Strutt b about 1830 London who was a fisherman in Hull in the mid 1800s. He was married to Mary in one census, possibly Jane ne Healey and lived with Eliza nee Jackman, and had two sons Joseph William and John (1854 and 1856 respectively).
Many thanks

Hi
Could anyone look up a marriage for me please at St James Church, Hull.
It is for Joseph Strutt and Jane Healey who married on the 5th March 1863. I would like to know if possible both sets of details please ie father, occupation, where he was living etc.
Thank you in anticipation
