 Hi Garstonite, Many thanks for your info on Heligoland and your search for the
Rutzens, it is difficult with such a unique island history. My great grandad was born there,
they then have moved to Malta where my grandad was born.g g grandad  was born 1832 and
joined the british navy, on such a small island our families most likely knew each other.
It is very interesting and difficult,but I do want to dig deeper if I can. Cheers Lizart. :)
